Frank writes, acts and story-edits for stage, film and television.  And has taught writing at various universities and workshops across Canada.  

Stage credits include: Next Door; A One-Sided Dime; an adaptation of Camus' The Stranger performed inside a federal prison; a comedy troupe performed live at the Belfry Theatre; and The Chalk Player: winner of the Theatre BC National Playwriting Competition and the Ottawa Little Stage National One-Act Competition.

He’s worked as a Writer/Executive Story Editor/Producer for television.  Credits include: The Eleventh Hour, Da Vinci’s Inquest, The Collector and Shattered -- Winner of two Leo Awards, three Writers Guild Awards, one Gemini Award.

His feature film My Father's Angel premiered at the Manheim and Toronto Film Festivals:  awarded the Fassbinder Award, Leo Award and Genie Nomination for Best Screenplay.   He has also worked as a Story Consultant on several feature films.  He currently has two features and a TV Series in development.
