Hackathons are focused brainstorming and prototyping events, in which teams come up with new ideas to address real-world challenges. You can use whatever skills, techniques, platforms, or approaches you feel comfortable with. And, it’s open to students from any department. Student teams hack through the night, with help from industry and faculty mentors, to create prototypes to pitch to judges during closing ceremonies the next day.
In previous Hackathons, students created innovative digital prototypes for the world of books and helped UNICEF in its goal to eradicate polio.
Stay tuned for announcements of upcoming Hackathons.
